Current Volunteer Opportunies

We have begun ecological restoration work at our newly acquired property in the Chilliwack River Valley and will require volunteers for different tasks within the next few months:

We need volunteers to help clean our portion of the Chilliwack River on Sept 25th. We will be meeting at the Chilliwack Fish and Games Club between 8:30-9:30am, and then cleaning up the river until 12:30pm. After the clean up there will be a BBQ for volunteers, hosted by the Chilliwack Vedder River Clean Up Society. (coffee and donuts also provided in the am by Tim Hortons)
We need volunteers with construction, trades, handyman etc. experience to help with the second stage of restoration work at our Auchenway property. We will be removing old debris, building fences and planting trees. If you like to get your hands dirty please email Suzie. We will be starting this work in the fall (oct/nov).
Volunteers are always needed for local events, sign up for our volunteer email list and we will add you to our volunteer database and keep you informed about upcoming events in the Fraser Valley.
